The score would've been lower due to my 60000 mile service not being completed until I went back and asked for my copy of the inspection. Then thank you to Michael, the Service Head, who tried to make it right. I was unable to wait for them to do it correctly, so I have to come back a third time to get it done, mind you I live 45 mins away. He did give me $100 off my next service, which I appreciate! It's just the dishonesty of the service tech and inconvenience for me.
