    The score would've been lower due to my 60000 mile service not being completed until I went back and asked for my copy of the inspection. Then thank you to Michael, the Service Head, who tried to make it right. I was unable to wait for them to do it correctly, so I have to come back a third time to get it done, mind you I live 45 mins away. He did give me $100 off my next service, which I appreciate! It's just the dishonesty of the service tech and inconvenience for me.

    sold us a car that had not been serviced properly at all. docs said vehicle was in good condition and up to latest service requirements. after 1 week it went in for a service, and then again after 3 months. where they wanted to do a 60k service 20k too early, and all other services, as well as changing tyres. the transmission fluid was black. causing the car to stutter and jolt when accelerating. to us it is immoral to sell cars in such condition, and then attempt to pressure the customer into spending thousands of dollars on standard services that should have been completed properly when getting it to sale condition. from an official dealership this is woeful behaviour. we will be purchasing and servicing from their competitors from now on, and spreading the word.

    Excellent service and personable staff. Only problem was it took a little too long for a routine oil change

    I recently had my vehicle serviced, I had to wait a week to get my car back due to delays from the warehouse. I understand that some issues are out of their control but the long wait was frustrating. Jacob was the service advisor and done a great job keeping me updated with the delays. I appreciate the service but the delay impactdd my overall satisfaction.

    I came in for a scheduled oil change. However, I decided to get my brakes bled after it was suggested. I just didn't expect a three hour wait time.
