My car's service included reprograming a new battery. When I got the car home, the second key did not work and there doesn't seeimm to be any way to reprogram it. Also, I have not been reimbursed for the $450.00 it cost me to take the disabled car to the dealer for warranty work to fix the problem.

I do think they try hard to satisfy customer needs but there is a lack of communication and transparency in your systems and training that prevent a better experience. Human error and judgement play a part also along with my communication. I am never totally satisfied when I leave there even though we love our vehicle.

Roy was extremely courteous and understanding with our service situation. We travel an hour for the service. He kept us informed of everything throughout the day and made sure it was finished ahead of schedule for us. We really appreciate your level of service, thanks for making the day!

I chose this rating because my overall experience was excellent. The staff was friendly, professional, and genuinely focused on ensuring I found the right car for my needs. The process was smooth, from the initial consultation to financing and delivery. I appreciated the transparency and how all my questions were answered thoroughly, making me feel confident in my decision. The follow-up after the purchase showed a commitment to customer satisfaction, which left a positive impression. There’s always room for small improvements, like having up-to-date offers properly communicated to sales representatives; because of that, the first few minutes of interaction were confusing. The manager in charge did a good job, though, in clarifying all available options.

I had a few issues. First after I drove away the low tire pressure came on requiring me to return to the dealership. Next, I was there for a recall repair involving the suction jet pump. When I went to drive the car the next day, there was an overpowering smell of gasoline inside the car. I called service and made an appointment which was a week later, and texted the service manager about it. After 3 days the service guy called, told me it was normal with that repair, and that I should have told to expect it. Not good
