VW Autonation Savannah has been servicing my lease since I moved to Savannah almost 2 years ago. I've been exceptionally happy with their service and when I decided to trade my lease for a purchase it was a no-brainer to go to them. They made my entire experience easy and fast. All of the associates were friendly and professional. They didn't even hesitate driving to Hilton Head immediately when I wanted a different color than the one they had on the lot - and still got me back on the road in my new car in a timely fashion!

I clearly filled out a service request for an oil change online at 8 a.m., added a comment to check for recalls. Dropped car off night before and did the same on the key drop envelope. Checked box for oil change and made a comment about recalls. Service advisor did not check vehicle in bc he said there were no recalls so they didn't know what to do. When I called at lunchtime expecting to be able to pick up, he lied about the online check in service appt and lied about the envelope markings to try and place the blame on me not him for not checking the vehicle in. Didn't appreciate it at all.

For the amount of money that I paid there should have been a loaner car available for me. I waited 4 1/2 hours for my car and they didn’t wash it when finished. I live 1 hour away.
