This isn’t about the dealership directly, just Volkswagen. I am disheartened. I bought my Tiguan less than 2 years ago and have now spent over $3,000 in repairs due to a defect in the part that VW refused to acknowledge or pay. I bought this car because VW is known for its reliability, and as a single mother of 2, that’s what I was counting on. So now in addition to the monthly payments, I’m stuck with maxing out my credit cards to have a vehicle at all. If I were in the means to trade it in for another manufacturer, I would.
