Easy scheduling using text app (ANA). Friendly staff. Check-in was easy. Waiting area was comfortable. Service Department kept me apprised of progress. At the scheduled time, they let me know the job was complete and I was on my way. Great service experience. Thanks!

Never will return. Way too much turnover in service reps. My car was there for almost three weeks with very little interaction. Dropped car off on a Thursday and received call on Friday that a fire had occurred and someone would call me about my car. Tried calling dealership and no answer. Left message no call back. Visited dealership on Sunday and could not locate my car and assumed it was destroyed in fire. Received call on Tuesday and rep said car was safe and parts were ordered. No call for a week so called dealership and was told that a catalytic converter might be shipped the following Tuesday. Received call on Saturday that part was in and car was in line for service. Received call on Tuesday that car was ready. Asked about car being washed and told that dealership does not wash cars. Told that I could have it detailed by third party for $250.00. I paid my bill of $1770.00 and left with filthy car. Car was there for almost three weeks without offer of loaner. Poor communication. Bad service rep. Won’t be back.

I loved the EXECELLENT service through out the entire process! It all started with Mr. Justin Lewis reaching out to me after receiving my inquire about a vehicle, which then we set up an appointment. At the time I show up, due to Mr. Justin was working with another customer, He refer me to Salesperson Miss. Maerisha Bell. That spoke volume to me! It show me that this is a dealership with Sales People working towards one common goal, "Sell Vehicles", and not greedy for each individual's own commission. Miss Bell introduced me to Mr. Shaw Hafer, the CFS Manager. Mr Hafer greeted my wife and I with a very professional, warm and friendly hand shake. The whole TEAM was (is) great, Mr. Justin for sharing a Sale. Miss Bell for her excellent knowledge in the vehicle and the whole process. Mr. Shawn Hafer for working with me and making it all happen. I SALUTE you all and the entire VW of Savannah, Ga. Dealership!!!
